The fact that a woman will soon become a mother is indicated by characteristic signs:
A few weeks before childbirth, the belly sinks. Attentive women notice visual changes. Almost all expectant mothers feel how their condition is changing. When the abdomen drops, the fetus is displaced into the pelvic cavity. At the same time, the pressure on the digestive tract and diaphragm decreases. The pregnant woman notes that it has become easier for her to breathe, heartburn has ceased to torment, and the feeling of discomfort while eating has disappeared.
On average, the cork disappears in a week. Information education is in the cervix and is reliably protected from infection. Visually, the cork resembles a lump of mucus, and its total volume can reach 50 ml. The color of the lump can be from transparent to brown, and the discharge occurs in parts.
For 1-3 days, body weight decreases. Shortly before giving birth, the expectant mother may notice a decrease in weight. It is associated with a change in hormonal levels, due to which excess fluid leaves the body. In addition to the scales, this may be indicated by the disappearance of edema and an increase in the urge to urinate.
The timing of the appearance of precursors of childbirth may differ from case to case. Some people may not notice the discharge of the plug when it occurs in the first stage of delivery. Others also indicate pain in the pelvic bones caused by their separation. Many people experience discomfort in the lower abdomen, causing increased fetal movement.
