REFUND POLICY


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Due to the digital nature of this product, No Refunds will be granted after the pictures are edited and sent to your email.

To be eligible for a refund, you should cancel your order within 12 hours after the order is placed.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Customer can't provide good pictures for the editing
- Customer didn't choose the right product

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
