Which photos of the baby are most suitable for the background?
It is essential that the child's face in the photo is not covered by clothes and is not turned away from the camera. Pictures from a direct angle look as beautiful and natural as possible. You can see which photos are the most suitable here
How many baby photos do I need to upload?
Even if you order only one picture, try to upload as many photos as possible. Not all photographs may fit in the angle and direction of light and therefore may not look very good.
Why is my image upload not working?
There can be several different problems here. First, double-check that your file is in a format that we accept, namely JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, or PNG. You can also try using a different browser. If you are using a mobile device, try switching to a computer or laptop.
Will you use the same baby photo for different backgrounds in the same order?
We always try to use only different pictures of babies. But if the selection of photos is too small, then we will have to use the same shot. We will always warn you about this in order, and you will always have the opportunity to replace the photo.
How is the process of fulfilling your order?
First of all, we will analyze the photos you sent us and select the most suitable for your chosen backgrounds. And only after the preparatory work, the picture is sent to Photoshop, where we create the magic.
If you don't like the final result?
We always treat each order with love in our hearts, and our main task is to make it as realistic and beautiful as possible. We will do our best to make you as happy as possible with the result. But if such a situation does arise, we will correct or ask you to send us another picture of your baby. (Unfortunately, you can use this function only once).
Can I change the background after ordering?
Yes, within 12 hours, you can change any background you choose to another one. But if the order has already been completed and sent to you by mail, you cannot replace the background.

How do I know if you have received my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. However, if you are asking this question, it probably means that you did not receive it. Check your spam folder, and if you still can't see it, double-check that you used the correct email address to place your order. Still having bad luck? If the photos you provided are not very good?
We will contact you as soon as possible and ask you to send more.
Can I place a bulk order and get a bulk discount?
We approve bulk orders and discounts on an individual basis. If you are interested in placing a bulk order and considering our discount options, please contact us.

Of course not! Our website allows you to place an order without any conditions.
Are my photos safe?
We handle your digital photos with the utmost care, and we will never use them for any other purpose other than to create your order. We respect your privacy and will never use your photos for advertising our products without your consent. We will completely delete the images you share from our computer after the order is completed.
